The film centers around Tobey Marshall (Aaron Paul), a blue-collar mechanic who races muscle cars on the side in an unsanctioned street-racing circuit. Struggling to keep his family-owned garage afloat, he reluctantly partners with the wealthy and arrogant ex-NASCAR driver Dino Brewster (Dominic Cooper). But just as a major sale to car broker Julia Bonet (Imogen Poots) looks like it will save Tobey's shop, a disastrous race allows Dino to frame Tobey for a crime he didn’t commit, and sending Tobey to prison while Dino expands his business out west.

Two years later, Tobey is released and set on revenge — but he knows his only chance to take 

down his rival Dino is to defeat him in the high-stakes race known as De Leon — the Super Bowl of underground racing. However to get there in time, Tobey will have to run a high-octane, action-packed gauntlet that includes dodging pursuing cops coast-to-coast as well as contending with a dangerous bounty Dino has put out on his car. Academy Award® winner Angelina Jolie directs and produces Unbroken, an epic drama that follows the incredible life of Olympian and war hero Louis “Louie” Zamperini (Jack O’Connell) who, along with two other crewmen, survived in a raft for 47 days after a near-fatal plane crash in WWII—only to be caught by the Japanese Navy and sent to a prisoner-of-war camp.

NEW FILM IMAGES FROM 300: RISE OF EMPIRE, IN THEATRES MARCH 7th!!

“300: Rise of an Empire,” told in the breathtaking visual style of the blockbuster “300,” is a new chapter of the epic saga, which takes the action to a new battlefield—the sea.

The story pits the Greek general Themistokles against the massive invading Persian forces, ruled by the mortal-turned-god Xerxes, and led by Artemisia, the vengeful commander of the Persian navy.

Knowing his only hope of defeating the overwhelming Persian armada will be to unite all of Greece, Themistokles ultimately leads the charge that will change the course of the war.

Omar Chaparro, nos habla sobre la Comedia Romántica "PULLING STRINGS" que saldrá En DVD, Video On Demand y Pay Per View el 25 de febrero

Ayer tuve la gran oportunidad de hablar con Omar Chaparro, sobre su más reciente película "PULLING STRINGS", que estará disponible en DVD, Video On Demand y Pay Per View este próximo 25 de febrero.  

Omar Chaparro, además de ser un actor, una persona muy simpática, también resultó ser un cantante... ya que le cantó una serenata a una compañera y amiga blogera, la cual, luego de ésta extraordinaria serenata y varias risas, le pregunta, cual fue su mayor satisfacción de la película "PULLING STRINGS".

"Una de las mayores satisfacciones, han sido los comentarios de la gente, ya que te das cuenta que el arduo trabajo de todos valió la pena.  Y lo más bonito, es sentarte a ver la película y ver la expresión de la gente. Ahora la película estará en DVD, para tenerlo en casa y difrutarlo con la familia" nos dijo Omar Chaparro.

"PULLING STRINGS", para mi fue una película muy tierna, romántica y con muy buenas interpretaciones actorales por parte de Jaime Camil, Omar Chaparro y Laura Ramsey. Y el personaje de Omar Chaparro el Canicas, para mí fue muy gracioso, especialmente con su spanglish, ya que hará reírte a carcajadas y es por eso que le pregunté si fue divertido interpretar al Canicas.

"Canicas fue muy divertido y lo que más me gustó del personaje Canicas, es que es un cuate muy dicharachero (conversa animadamente, dice dichos graciosos), muy aventado y creo que representa en la mayoría, esa esencia de ser mexicano, de ser hispano.  Nosotros los latinos, nos aventamos a veces sin tener la respuesta, pero no nos importa.  Lo mismo en el trabajo y a la hora de conquistar a un mujer y lo más bonito es de que mucha gente se vió reflejada en este personaje Canicas" nos explicó Omar Chaparro sobre su personaje Canicas.

En cuánto a su experiencia trabajando con Laura Ramsey y Jaime Camil, al cual considera como un gran amigo, nos dice que fue muy agradable.

"Fue muy agradable.  Por parte de Jaime Camil, ya llevaba mucho tiempo de conocerlo. Es un muy buen amigo de hace mucho años y la verdad lo quiero mucho, porque es un gran amigo y siempre tiene un buen consejo para mí.  Por otro lado, Laura Ramsey fue una sorpresa.  Así como la ves en la película de tierna y de dulce, así es en la vida real. Es una niña que siempre está riendo, muy profesional, definitivamente una gran actríz y como persona es adorable. No tengo ninguna queja para ninguno de ellos", compartió con nosotros Omar Chaparro.

Al final de la entrevista, se le preguntó, que le diría al público sobre ésta comedia romántica "PULLING STRINGS".

"Pulling Strings es una comedia romántica que les invito a que obtengan y tengan en sus casas, porqué es una película, con la cual tendrán la tranquilidad, de que puedan verla con sus hijos y sus nietos y disfrutarla en familia.  Por favor, no se la pierdan en Video On Demand, en Pay Per View y si ya la vieron obténganla en DVD, de seguro no se van a arrepentir.
